The Lord grants us free will. Therefore, we have the right to choose what we do with our time, energy and money.
We each have a bank account in heaven. What we do is between each of us and the Lord. There is no requirement for you to register your good deeds anywhere or report to anyone.
When you perform any type of deed, you should not expect anything in return, especially from the people you are helping.
Wonderful things will start to happen to you and your family when you least expect it. That’s just the way of the universe and God.
I survived cancer because my time on earth is not over. God has great plans for me, and he has great plans for you, too.
I asked the Lord, “How am I going to accomplish these great tasks that have been assigned to me?” The Lord said, “Don’t worry, I will send you other earth angels to help you.”
Since then, whenever I tell my story, other earth angels (with a tugging in their heart) have come forward to tell me, “If you are doing this for the Lord, I want to be a part of it. Please tell me how I can help.”
My response, “What are you passionate about doing? That’s what you can do to help.”
Here, at The Adoration Way, we like to recognize earth angels for stepping out and stepping up to life’s challenges.
There are four (4) Categories of Adoration Angels, and you may qualify for one or more categories:
These earth angels are registered in the BOOK OF FREE SPIRITED ANGELS and have assigned themselves to a particular Resident, Caregiver or Both.
For examples:
If I love my neighbor Ms. Cook (71 years old - lives by herself). I can lend a hand 3 times a week to help her clean her home or yard. I assign myself these tasks.
Another neighbor, Nancy, is a caregiver to her father (93 years old) and lives with him 24/7. I plan to help her do grocery shopping and water the lawn once a week.
On my own accord, I commit 20 hours per week to serve both Ms. Cook and Nancy.
As a Free Spirited Angel, you will be recognized for the amount of hours you contribute as well as the number of years you put in to serve God‘s children (young and old).
NOTE: Free spirited angels do not need to have a background check since they usually have a relationship with who they have chosen to serve.
Earth angels who perform good deeds in any shape or form that is assigned by The Adoration Way.
You must register in the BOOK OF GOODWILL ANGELS.
You will offer up your skillsets, what you are passionate about and when you are available to serve.
For examples:
I am a schoolteacher. I love to play my guitar for large groups on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10am to noon.
I enjoy garden or working with my hands (I’m a full-time contractor) and I can dedicate 10 hours on the weekends at a residential home or facility.
Arts and crafts are my cup of tea. I am stay at home mom and can dedicate 20 hours a week to spending time with an elderly resident scrapbooking, painting, sawing, quilting, reading and listening etc.
I am great at organizing and a retired chef. I can help with the grocery list, do food shopping or organize the fridge every other day for 3 hours.
Consent to a background check (Cost of $50 per person) - We do our best to make folks we help feel safe and secure. You may consider this cost as a donation or request a reimbursement after 40 hours of service. If you do not have money for the background check, another earth angel will help you with the cost. We never turn away good help from kind hearts.
Once accepted, you will be given several assignments to choose from. Pick one or all the assignments you can handle. Limited to 40 hours a week to be sure that you are spending time with family or resting in between service assignments.
A Case Manager will assign you to the tasks at hand (closest to your home as possible, to save time and gas).
Prayerful earth angels who pray for the weary and sick will register in the BOOK OF PRAYERFUL ANGELS. They know exactly what to say because they are instruments of the Lord.
God speaks through Prayerful Angels to the one they are praying for and praying with.
If you have the desire to pray for others (even if you have never prayed before), you will join other earth angels to harness great powers of prayer.
These powerful prayers bring healing and strength.
Have peace in knowing that your words will come from above and all shall be well.
NOTE: Prayerful angels do not need to have a background check if they perform prayers from a distance, over the phone/internet.
However, they will need a background check if they have in-person interactions with a Resident or Caregiver.
These earth angels are registered in the BOOK OF MINDFULNESS ANGELS and is part of a Counsel to explore creative ways to help humanity in all aspects of life.
Just like a board of directors (from all over the world), these earth angels will attend weekly zoom meetings to discuss matters of service, giving, and rescue.
The Counsel consists of like-minded individuals with synergistic qualities. This is a group of earth angels who care about the environment, medical advancements, industry and technology. We do not care about politics…just the meaning behind each project the Lord puts into our hearts.
For instance,
If you would like to contribute knowledge, skills, or ideas, towards water conservation, you may join this counsel to work with other water conservationists.
If you have ideas for relief in natural disaster areas, we will match you up with someone who has the same desire.
The counsel also prays together for answers to difficult questions and challenges. We also look at the deeper meaning behind our findings.
Likewise, if you don’t have the knowledge but would like to contribute financially to different causes, you will be matched to a counsel respectively so you know that your contributions are well spent. Your attendance is not mandatory, and we thank you for helping us do God’s will, not our own.
God made us powerful beings. Sometimes, our visions and/or signs cannot be explained by science. We must follow our instincts to hear God’s messages.
NOTE: Mindfulness angels do not need to have a background check since they usually do not have close contact with a Resident or Caregiver.
